Tuesdays, Thursdays, Fridays – AMA T-shirts and uniform pants + Belt, Bring Sparring Gear
Kickboxing: AMA T’s & Black or Red pants or shorts
*Approved gear and uniforms can be purchased at AMA

- TUESDAYS 5:30pm – Green striped belt and higher with FULL SPARRING GEAR* (NO TRIAL CLASSES AVAILABLE) *Approved gear can be purchased at AMA
- WEDNESDAYS 5pm – All Warriors White belt and All Striped belts
- THURSDAYS 5pm (bring gear) – All Warriors White belt and All Striped belts

NOTE to TKD STUDENTS: You may not use point fighting/foam gloves for Kickboxing. You must have boxing gloves. All other point fighting gear is fine.
